General Information

What types of equipment do you rent?

We offer a variety of recreational vehicles such as UTVs (side-by-sides), jet skis/personal watercraft, and other outdoor toys depending on location.

What is a UTV and how does it differ from an ATV?

A UTV (Utility Terrain Vehicle), often called a side-by-side, has multiple seats, seat belts, and a roll cage. It is designed for groups, comfort, and stability, unlike single-rider ATVs.

Requirements & Eligibility

How old do I need to be to rent or drive?

Age requirements vary by equipment type and local laws. Typically, the main renter/driver must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements.

What documents do I need?

You will need a valid government-issued ID, a driver’s license for anyone operating the equipment, and a credit card for the security deposit.

Can children ride?

Children may be allowed when properly seated and secured, depending on safety regulations. A parent or guardian must include all minors in the waiver when asked.

Safety & Inclusions

Is safety gear provided?

Yes. Required safety gear such as helmets are included at no additional cost. You may bring your own approved gear if preferred.

Will I receive training or instructions?

Yes. A safety and operations briefing is provided before each rental to ensure you understand how to operate the equipment safely.

Is fuel included?

Fuel policies vary. We require returning the equipment with the same fuel level as you got it. Additional fuel charges may apply.

Booking & Payments

How do I book a rental?

Reservations can be made online. Booking in advance is recommended to guarantee availability.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount varies based on whate you’re enting

What rental durations are available?

Options may include, half-day, full-day, or multi-day rentals.

What if I’m late or want to extend my rental?

Late arrival may reduce your rental time. Extensions may be available if the equipment is not already booked.

Use of Equipment

What if I damage the equipment?

Renters are financially responsible for any damage that occurs during their rental. Optional damage waivers may be available.

Is there a cleaning or return policy?

Equipment must be returned clean and in good working condition. Excessive mud, sand, or debris may result in cleaning fees.

Are there usage restrictions?

Yes. Usage rules depend on the equipment and location. Common restrictions include designated riding areas, limits on towing, passenger safety requirements, and approved terrain.

Weather, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Cancellation policies vary by rental type and timing. Some rentals allow refunds or credits when cancellations occur within an approved time window.

What if the weather is bad?

If weather conditions are unsafe, rentals may be rescheduled or credited. Mild weather does not typically qualify for rescheduling.

During the Rental

What happens if the equipment breaks down?

Stop use immediately and contact support. Assistance or replacement equipment may be provided depending on the situation.

Can I switch drivers or riders during the rental?

Yes, provided all drivers meet requirements and signed the rental agreement before departure.

Do I need to stay on specific trails or areas?

Yes. Equipment must only be operated in approved zones. Riding in unauthorized areas may result in fines or termination of the rental.

UTVs typically seat between 2-6 passengers depending on the model.
